Publishing your Doctoral Dissertation or Masters Theses with ProQuest: At-A-Glance Guide to submission:

Our basic publishing service provides:

• Inclusion in the database of record for graduate research, ProQuest Dissertation and Theses (PQDT). The process takes approximately 8-12 weeks.
• Microfilming and storage of the negative film in the ProQuest vault is also included.
• Please consult the following guides before submitting your dissertation to ProQuest:

• Fees start at $55 for masters theses and $65 for doctoral dissertations; submissions must be accompanied by a certified check or Postal Money Order payable to ProQuest LLC.   We do not currently accept credit card payments.
• If you wish to register a copyright for the dissertation, ProQuest can act as the agent.  We charge $65 for this service.
• We will accept PDF copies and continue to support paper copy submission.  From PDFs, any color images will be preserved in PQDT.  From paper copies, all pages will be reproduced in black and white.
• We need one of the following to verify the completion of the degree: copy of diploma, copy of transcript, or a statement from the dean’s office
• Discounted dissertation copies can ordered at the same time that the dissertation is submitted. (link to order page – note: we are currently updating the author ordering page, will provide link when it’s ready)
• The entire submission (manuscript, publishing agreement, check, verification of the degree, and dissertation copy order) should be mailed in a single package to ProQuest LLC, Dissertation Publishing Customer Service, 789 E. Eisenhower Parkway, P.O. Box 1346, Ann Arbor MI 48106, USA)
• Authors should fill out and submit the publishing agreement. (link to pub agreement, not password protected)
